Susan Robinson

CEO & Co-Founder | Brooklyn, NY

Susan is an expert in all things workforce transformation. She works closely with C-Suite, Board and Operational leaders to tackle complex enterprise changes, bringing three decades of thoughtful, balanced focus on ROI realization while fostering high performing organizations and teams.

Susan brings big 4 consulting experience from Deloitte and EY; the latter where she was a Partner for 15 years in the Human Capital and Business Transformation space. Susan led the build out of Canada’s People & Change practice; growing the team from the ground up with a national scope. She was invited to join EY’s US firm where she led the build out of EY’s change management capability for Transactions. She served as EY’s People Advisory Services global leader for the Tech, Media and Telco sector, and led the creation of EY-IBM’s Talent Alliance; a groundbreaking feat for both firms.

She is a member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) where she serves as a Board member for the New York chapter (WFNY), and a Chair of it’s Program Committee. Susan is also a Board Director with the International Center for Trade Transparency (ICTTM); a global venture revolutionizing global trade intelligence through ADAMftd; it’s AI-powered trade intelligence platform.

Born in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, Susan currently makes Brooklyn her home. An adventurer at heart, Susan has lived and worked abroad extensively, experiencing cultural nuances and helping companies of all sizes maximize their organizational strengths and potential while cultivating functional, inclusive, high performing working environments.

In such an ever-changing world, with the influx of AI, shifting generations in the workforce, and increasing globalization, Susan’s attention to adoption and sustainability has proven to be highly impactful and successful for her clients.

James Patterson (JP)

Co-Founder | Indianapolis, IN

JP loves to make sense of chaos. As an accomplished and results-driven business relationships and sales operations executive, he has become a trusted partner with enterprises such as Cummins, Procter & Gamble, and the Indiana Pacers.

JP is a certified sales trainer with sales certifications from SPIN, Sandler Sales Training, and Challenger, achieving sales excellence and exceeding quota for over three decades.

Notably, as the Global IT Business Relationship Manager at SMC Corporation, JP managed global IT partnerships and operations across 83 countries, optimizing vendor relationships and reducing global application costs, resulting in multi-million dollar savings. He also implemented a global LMS specifically around the Microsoft ecosystem to maximize efficiency for 25,000 employees while minimizing the need for additional software licensing for redundant applications. During this time, he became a certified Agile Scrum Master and Product Owner to better support his colleagues.

With a proven ability to build high-performance teams, cultivate C-Suite partnerships, and execute enterprise-wide business strategies, JP is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that drive client success and organizational growth.

JP is a husband and stepfather to 4 children, was a locally touring drummer for 20 years, dabbled in standup comedy, and is an avid disc golfer.
